What is an e-Concept?
An e-Concept is a service provided by Private Quarters Interior Design (PQID) where everything you need for your interiors project is sent to your inbox. Presented to you on a room-by-room basis, e-Concepts are an economical way of getting the insights of a professional interior designer and stylist, but saving on your investment by doing a some of the work yourself. If you are willing to measure up your rooms and go shopping then this is the perfect option for you!
Included in your e-Concept is:
- Inspiration Board based on your brief
- Furniture selection and placement
- Colour themes
- Textile and finishing selections
- Product / Decor selection
- Shopping List & Supplier Contact
- Budget Breakdown
All you provide us with are your room measurements and project requirements, we then produce an e-Concept for you to implement yourself.
We work within your budget and develop the concept to your brief. We are also able to source one-off vintage finds which makes your interior unique.

What if I don't want to implement your e-Concept myself?
Should you not want to or not have the time to implement your own project, PQID can coordinate your project with qualified tradesmen, organise purchase and delivery of furniture and other goods.
Do I have to install all of the suggestions made to me in my e-Concept?
Not at all! That is the beauty of an e-Concept. You have the ability to pick and choose which elements you would like to include in your project. However, we recommend installing the entire concept.
Do I have a timeline inwhich I am to install my e-Concept?
If you choose to coordinate yourself, then you can work to your own time allowances. If you choose to hire PQID as your project managers, a timeline will be created which is mutually agreeable between yourselves, tradesmen and other third party suppliers.
Should your e-Concept include one-off vintage items or sale items please be aware that there could be time restraints on these items and they may not be available to purchase should you take extended time to action your e-Concept.
